Town of Framingham, MA implements HRS Study
Posted Oct 29, 2016 by: SandyThe Town of Framingham, Massachusetts retained Human Resources Services, Inc. to complete a comprehensive compensation and classification study for non-union positions town-wide representing hundreds of employees. HRS consultants worked closely with the Human Resources Director, Personnel Board, Town Manager, and town Department Heads and employees throughout the entire process. The Town of Framingham is the largest town by population in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and one of the largest in New England. The study included more than 100 position titles, many with unique and complex duties and responsibilities. The study also included writing and updating job descriptions. HRS utilized its video-conference process to enable interviewing a large number of employees. We are proud to have been of assistance to the Town of Framingham. Compensation and Classification continues to be the hallmark service of HRS.
