Erin is a strategic, analytical and innovative senior management consultant with HRS. She has over 15 years’ experience in developing, managing, and executing customized HR and Compensation solutions in various sectors. Prior to joining Human Resources Services Inc., she worked for Bain & Company, John Hancock Investments, Merck, and Sophos among others. She has proven success in design, development, and delivery of compensation strategies and programs including: Full-cycle project management from business assessment to implementation and informative decision making presentations. Her specialties include: executive and non-executive pay, designing compensation structures, variable pay programs, short and long term incentives, equity programs, surveys, merit-cycles, market pricing, and international compensation. Erin holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration from Northeastern University, and she is a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP).
