First, we are proud to be blue-ribbon sponsors at the Massachusetts Municipal Association Annual Meeting and Conference this year.  All of us at HRS are celebrating with Aleksandra (Sandy) Duci Stapczynski, President of Human Resources Services, Inc. on her 40th Anniversary as a municipal management consultant to Massachusetts and New England cities and towns.  She began 40 years ago at the MMA Annual Meeting in 1984.  She continues to work with great passion, dedication and enthusiasm serving local governments, and she is a great leader in the municipal consulting world; also serving as a role model for others.  Sandy looks forward to providing continued management consulting solutions, and working with local officials and employees who make up the fabric of municipal services.
