Fairhaven Adopts HRS Pay and Class Plan
Posted Feb 05, 2019 by: HRSThe Town of Fairhaven, Massachusetts recently adopted a new compensation and classification plan developed by Human Resources Services, Inc. The study recommended sweeping changes in their pay plan which had fallen behind market. HRS worked closely with Town officials and employees and a new plan and system was successfully approved and implemented.
