Harvard picks HRS for Personnel Study..... and more

Harvard:

The Town of Harvard, MA has selected Human Resources Services, Inc. to conduct a comprehensive personnel study for its Town employees.  The study includes compensation, classification, job analysis, job descriptions, and performance evaluation and merit pay system.  Harvard is an affluent rural community located in MetroWest.

Acushnet:

The Town of Acushnet, MA is working with Human Resources Services, Inc. in developing new compensation, classification and performance systems.  The work includes benchmarking position salaries to the external market, internal pay equity, new job descriptions and personnel policies.  Acushnet is located in Bristol County and is 50 miles south of Boston, 20 miles west of Cape Cod, 4 miles north of Buzzards Bay, and 30 miles southeast of Providence, RI. 

Pepperell:

The Town of Pepperell, MA has once again tapped HRS to update its non-union compensation and classification plan.  HRS has conducted numerous studies for the Town dating back to the 1980s!  This engagement involves a complete update and modernization of their pay and classification system including pay scales, grading system, job analysis, job descriptions, and benchmarking to the external market. Pepperell borders Nashua, NH and is served by state routes 111, 113, and 119.
