We are excited to announce our new client, the Town of Billerica, MA.

Billerica is a town in Middlesex County, Massachusetts with a Town Manager/Board of Selectmen form of government. The Town's population is approximately 40,000. Billerica is located 20 miles north-northwest of Boston with easy access to highways Route 3, Route 128 and Interstate 495.

HRS Consultants are working closely with the Town's management and employees on a comprehensive personnel study.
