Performance Training in Barnstable County
Posted Jul 23, 2023 by: HRSManagement Consultants from HRS conducted a full day of performance appraisal training for Barnstable County, Massachusetts. This followed the completion of a comprehensive performance appraisal system for the County. The training was conducted for managers, to assist them in having powerful dialogues and results when conducting employee evaluations. The training sessions included in-depth presentations, coaching techniques, group discussions, role-playing and simulations to allow managers to practice their skills with the new system developed by HRS.
