Following a very extensive review, HRS recently presented its 100+ page comprehensive final report to the Town of Plymouth, MA's Board of Selectmen and other Town Officials on total compensation including salaries/wages, classifications, other compensation, and total benefits for all positions in both town and schools.  Over 20 communities were surveyed statewide. The study included more than 1,000 employees in the Town of Plymouth.  It was commissioned by an Annual Town Meeting request.  The report gives a total picture of both salaries and benefits for the Town.  Consultants presenting at the Board meeting included Sandy Stapczynski, Tony Torrisi, and Buzz Stapczynski.
