It was a busy spring and summer! HRS conducts comprehensive compensation and classification research, analysis, statistical modeling and development for its municipal clients. Currently, much of this work focuses on advancing the technical and organizational pay structures; developing pay systems to attract high-quality modernized career-trained employees to local government. More recently HRS has completed studies for the City of Melrose, MA; Town of Georgetown, MA; Town of Carlisle, MA; Town of Ludlow, MA; Town of Sterling, MA; City of Worcester, MA; Town of Hopkinton, MA; and the Town of Wilbraham, MA. The consulting practice utilizes City/Town-wide internal and regional external data-driven methods to optimize development of the plans, while concurrently improving maintenance processes with tools, products, other materials and knowledge-based services.
